Trading Terms
1.1 The terms contained in this document (“Trading Terms”) apply to all transactions for the purchase of products and services (each a “Service” or, collectively, the “Services”) from the Site. By ordering any Services from our Site, you indicate your acceptance of these Trading Terms. They form a legal agreement between you and LFCS Legal and can only be amended with our consent. 1.2 If the Site contains separate terms of trading linked via the homepage, and there is a conflict between those terms and these Trading Terms, the terms of trading linked on the homepage will prevail.

2. Ordering
2.1 You may place an order for a Service by following the on-screen prompts on our Site. You will have the opportunity to review and correct any errors before submitting your order by clicking the “Place Order” button.
2.2 All orders are subject to acceptance by LFCS Legal. We reserve the right to decline your order for any reason and are not liable for any resulting consequences.
2.3 Upon submitting an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email detailing your order reference and the Services you ordered. Acceptance and formation of a contract occur when we email confirmation of the dispatch of your order.

3. Prices and Payment

5.3 Refunds will include the cost of delivery, excluding supplementary delivery options. Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

- Perishable or hygiene-sealed items once unsealed.

- Downloaded or streamed Services.
5.5 Returned items should be securely packed and returned within 14 days of cancellation, no later than 28 days after receipt. Ensure you include the returns note and use insured or certified shipping methods.
