Biography:
Maurice Cassel Mason is a distinguished legal professional and strategist with extensive experience in the fields of law, development, and strategic management. He holds a robust academic background in judicial law and higher education studies (International and Public Law) and has completed numerous academic, research, and executive programs at prestigious institutions such as the University of Qom, Shahid Beheshti University, the University of Tehran, City University of London, EIMT in Switzerland, and Durban in South Africa.
As a long-standing faculty member at Shahid Beheshti University’s Faculty of Law and a lecturer in other higher education centers, he has not only contributed to legal academia but also founded and managed legal entities such as the Institute for Law and Development. He has provided consultation and strategic guidance to numerous law firms , consultations companies fir
and private banks, achieving notable success, including the management of claims exceeding $100 million.
In 2024, leveraging his rich expertise, Reza was appointed as the Development and Strategy Manager at L.F.C.S Legal trad name of charmax llp.
As the Development and Strategy Manager, he is responsible for transforming the firm’s vision into actionable, strategic initiatives. He focuses on expanding the firm’s offerings into new domains such as technology law and artificial intelligence law.
