About Our Firm
Maurice Mason founded Mason & Co Solicitors in March 1999, relocating the practice from central Manchester to Altrincham in 2000.
Joanne Feldman joined the firm in 2011 to establish the Mason & Co matrimonial department. In 2013, Charmax LLP began trading as Mason & Co Solicitors, with Joanne Feldman being admitted into partnership.
Since then, the firm has grown into a prominent legal practice in Altrincham, Greater Manchester, excelling in various legal fields, particularly family law, property, general litigation, wills, and probate. In 2023, the firm expanded its operations into new legal areas, including immigration, pre and post-nuptial agreements.
To align with this strategic shift and under the motto “Trusted Legal Services and a Firm for the Future,” Charmax LLP was converted into an Alternative Business Structure (ABS), with LFCS Global joining as a member under the style and brand name of LFCS Legal.
This significant transition enables Charmax LLP to provide trusted legal, commercial, and contractual services to its clients.
Currently, the law firm operates from two offices: one in London and one in Greater Manchester. It also has plans to further expand its presence within the United Kingdom and to collaborate with international firms globally.
