Book an appointmentMaurice Mason founded Mason & Co Solicitors in March 1999, later relocating the practice from central Manchester to Altrincham in 2000.
In 2011, Joanne Feldman joined the firm to establish and lead its Family and Matrimonial Law department. Two years later, in 2013, Charmax LLP began trading as Mason & Co Solicitors, with Joanne becoming a Partner.
Over the years, the firm has evolved into a well-respected legal practice in Altrincham, Greater Manchester, recognised for its expertise in family law, property, litigation, wills, and probate.
In 2023, the firm expanded into new areas, including immigration and pre- and post-nuptial agreements, reflecting its ongoing growth and commitment to meeting clients’ diverse legal needs.
To support this strategic development — and under the guiding motto “Trusted Legal Services and a Firm for the Future” — Charmax LLP transitioned into an Alternative Business Structure (ABS), with LFCS Global joining as a member under the brand name LFCS Legal.
This change marks a key milestone, allowing the firm to provide an even broader range of legal, commercial, and contractual services. Today, LFCS Legal operates from offices in London and Greater Manchester, with plans to expand further across the UK and establish partnerships with international firms.
